I called Champion and they had no idea what was going on. A manager ended up calling me and was under the impression that I had canceled the appointment. That is what he was told by the installers. Another appointment was made to install the sliding glass door. The sliding glass door was installed but the installers did a sloppy job and damaged a portion of the home's siding. They arrived an hour past the 2 hour window appointment.
The product seems okay, and Camille was amazing at explaining all of the benefits of the windows. But our discoveries after the installation crew left are not promising. But the crew chief from that day did not show up the next, and a new crew was sent out. They had been given no information about the job. I had to explain which windows still needed to be replaced. He said yes, but I never saw him do that.

My first set of windows were about $6,500. I took the exploding zero-percent loan and paid it off before it blew up. What Champion doesn’t tell you is if you have ordered ANYTHING “extra” in our case a Garden Window but could be a storm door etc. they will delay the ENTIRE install for that 1 item. There was absolutely NO communication to us when it was time for the install and throughout our entire experience we were always having to contact Champion. When our job was finally scheduled 4 windows were the wrong size. And yes you guessed it one of those was the Garden Window.. The window that delayed our install in the first place. The installers who did the 1st installation did not follow the company policy or commitment on their own website.
When it rains, water pours in through the faulty window. When I asked Champion about that, they told me to tape it... Over $12K spent and they tell me to "tape it". When the technician was at the house to repair the window, he mentioned how quickly the initial install happened.

The glass didnt end up being installed until 6 months later . I asked for a discount due to the trouble and their obvious mistake and a ton of hassle to continuously stay on them to get it 6 months later and they refused. They said theyd drop me off a couple bottles of their window cleaner and now we are 6 weeks later and didnt even get that lol. This company is not professional and has gone downhill fast. I love supporting local businesses but I will never use this company again, wouldnt even make good on their huge mistakes and I never once got an apology. We ordered full home replacement windows in Early June 2021 with an 8 to 10 wk lead time.
I received a call and scheduled an appointment for window installation. I received a text for appointment confirmation from Champion. Minutes later I received another text but with a different appointment day and time. I called back to confirm and the customer service representative was annoyed that I called.

I was at work but my 20 yo son was at home. One installer then asks my son to ask me if I still wanted windows installed that day. I asked that they please proceed with window installation despite not being able to install the sliding glass door. A few minutes later the same installer calls me directly and tries to talk me out of getting my windows installed that day but just wait until the sliding glass door was ready.

The only thing I didn't like about it was the payment. If I paid in cash and I was to make 3-4 payments, I put all the money upfront before I saw the windows and that made me feel uncomfortable. Had they expected the money after the work being done, I would have been fine with them. If I got it on credit, I wouldn't have had to do anything, since credit would take care of it. The salesman and the installers were very knowledgeable and courteous. I am satisfied with the quality of materials used.
